Description
Made from needled aluminum silicate fiber, aluminum silicate fire wrap limits heat transfer without adding a heavy rigid layer. It can follow curved shells, flanges, corners, and narrow gaps, but the blanket must not be stretched thin at these points. The final arrangement therefore depends on service temperature, fiber grade, thickness, joint overlap, and any foil or reinforced facing specified for the route.

Installation Notes
Confirm hangers, brackets, and flange positions before cutting aluminum silicate fire wrap; a late support change can alter every nearby piece.
Lay the blanket with even pressure. Pulling only one side may reduce thickness around an elbow or corner.
Use one planned seam direction along a run whenever access permits, and close the overlaps with the specified tape, wire, or fastening method.

When the ordered item is supplied as a blanket or roll, its product file can be based on the Aluminum Silicate Needled Blanket conformity document.
The applicable UDEM Technical Inspection Attestation of Conformity covers Aluminum Silicate Needled Blanket to EN 13162:2012+A1:2015. The references are certificate M.2025.206.C125156 and report TCF-OY20250812-EN-03.
The certificate model reads Xinyafeng/96kg-3600*610*50mm. The same product description should appear on the quotation, package list, and certificate image.
