Description

 

The fire barrier duct wrap system places a controlled insulation layer around ductwork where fire, heat, sound, or condensation performance is required. The wrap must pass hangers, flanges, corners, and support frames, so thickness, layer count, joint closure, and surface finish need to follow the tested build-up. Careful preparation reduces loose edges and unnecessary trimming during installation.

Qualification documents are matched to the actual duct-wrap construction. An aluminum silicate blanket core uses the blanket conformity file, while a composite arrangement must also be linked to its own fire-test report.

The company file includes three management certificates: Quality Management System, No. FAP25259601QRO, under GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015; Environment Management System, No. FAP25259601ERO, under GB/T 24001-2016 / ISO 14001:2015; and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, No. FAP25259601SRO, under GB/T 45001-2020 / ISO 45001:2018.

For the aluminum silicate layer, the available document is the UDEM Technical Inspection Attestation of Conformity for Aluminum Silicate Needled Blanket. It refers to EN 13162:2012+A1:2015, certificate M.2025.206.C125156, and report TCF-OY20250812-EN-03.
