Description
Fire rated calcium silicate board is used on duct enclosures, wall lining, ceiling fire layers, and equipment protection covers when the site needs heat, fire, sound, or condensation control in a controlled layer. The product has to follow real edges and support points, so non-combustible board layer is checked before packing. The final supply is based on board thickness, density, and fire report by system, the required surface, and the method used to close seams.

For fire rated calcium silicate board, do not use the Rock Wool Board certificate as the calcium silicate certificate. The document set should follow the calcium silicate board and tested fire system.

Relevant reference documents in the product manual include fire-rated duct system information, GB/T17428 ventilation duct fire test method, JC/T564.1-2018 for asbestos-free calcium silicate board, and 20K607 duct fire-protection design details.
If the board is used together with rock wool in a composite system, the Rock Wool Board UDEM certificate No. M.2025.206.C125155 can only support the rock wool layer, not the calcium silicate board name.
Before shipment, attach the matching test report, TDS, packing list, label photos, and customs documents according to the final board system.
